In 2000, Joe’s Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab premiered in Chicago, the result of a partnership between Lettuce Entertain You, ICON, LLC and the Weiss family. Featuring prime bone-in steaks, an extensive selection of jet-fresh seafood and delicious Florida Stone Crabs, Joe’s quickly became one of the most popular dining spots in Chicago. 2004 marked the opening of Joe’s in Las Vegas, at the Forum Shops at Caesars, continuing the legacy that began in Miami Beach almost a century ago.
