Havana Dream Pie is not a dish you are likely to find in Cuba, but it is super dreamy. The dessert ($5.95) combines a custardy tres leches -like cake with fresh whipped cream, buttery dulce de leche and sliced strawberries. If we’re serious about thawing relations with Cuba, I suggest diplomats arrive bearing a slice of this pie. The rest should be a piece of cake.
