Good Morning Chris,

    My husband and I are staying at the Venetian this week. We were mulling over our choices for dinner last night. We wanted to try something new, but in light of our recent disappointments decided on Joe's Stone Crab. We have eaten there a few times before and it has always been an exceptional experience. Needless to say, our experience last night was over the top, again.

    As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted by the Maitre d. He welcomed us to the restaurant and we told him that we had a reservation at 7:30pm. He was pleasant and told us that our table was ready and we were whisked to our table in a matter of seconds.

    We were greeted by our waiter, Neil, just as quickly. He was very polite and eager to answer any questions that we may have. We spoke about wine choices and then he took our order. It only gets better. The restaurant was fairly busy and he got two more tables not long after he got ours. One of those was probably 8-10 people. The service never suffered. If Neil was not at our table at the moment, someone else was. It was absolutely seamless!

    The food came and it was phenomenal. My husband and I were talking amongst ourselves about how incredible and consistent our experiences at Joe's have been. I knew I had to say something to management. When we asked for the check I told Neil how wonderful everything had been and asked him to please send over the manager. Kat came to our table and I told her the same thing that I am telling you. She was very pleasant to speak with and receptive to our feedback. I was shocked to find out that Joe's and Mon Ami are affiliated! I had no idea. My husband and I are tossing around the idea of Mon Ami for a late lunch or early dinner today, so I was going to contact you anyway. I just didn't know that it would be regarding Joe's.

    Bottom line, Joe's is a VERY well oiled machine. I don't think there is a slacker in the house. EVERY single person we came in to contact with was happy to be there and it showed in the service. Joe's Stone Crab has by far the ABSOLUTE best staff in Las Vegas. The food is excellent and the service unparalleled. On a scale of 1-5, I would give the 20 stars! It is off the charts. There are quite a few restaurants in Las Vegas that could learn a little something from Joe's. I intend on writing them a review as well.
