From the outstanding service that I always receive, right down to the awesome key lime pie for dessert - Joe's is a place that I always hit at least once on a trip to Vegas.

Thomas - the maitre`d is one of the most genuine people I have met in the business, and he always makes me feel like a regular - even though I don't make it in nearly as much as I would like to!

The stone crabs are always amazing, and the steaks are always perfect.

Don't forget the Lyonnaise potatoes - always nice and crisp.

I'm partial to the bone-in ribeye, medium rare - but the bone-in filet was amazing as well.

Above all, the house mustard sauce (so simple, yet perfect) is just to die for!
