Our experience at Joe's was wonderful!  We started off with Champagne and an assortment of appetizers and stone crab.  There were 4 in our party and we all had different entrees. (Teriaki Chicken - moist and tender;  Lobster tail - grilled to perfection; Seafood salad - huge pieces of tender seafood;  petrale sole - flaky and tender)  We all started off with the incredible BLT wedge salad.  The portions were generous and just the way we liked it.  The food was incredible.  A bottle of Duckhorn's 2007 Cabernet (one of our favorites) complimented our meals perfectly.  A couple of us had a glass of Duckhorn's Paraduxx red blend which was also wonderful.
The staff are all very friendly and have great personalities.  Our waitress's name was Linda and she was amazing.  We loved Linda's British accent, witty personality and the way she stayed right on top of things all evening - yet without being overwhelming.  She seemed to have come to check on our table at just the right time, yet not too much.  She knew everything thing there was to know about the menu, the restaurant, specials and details as small as ingredients used to make the homemade sauces and desserts.  Very impressive!
The ambience was relaxing, private and classy.
In traditional European style, we had our table for the evening - almost 3 hours, without feeling like we had to make way for another group.
The pricing was decent for good quality food and service - right around 400.00 with tip for 4 of us.
We look forward to coming back here next time we stay at Caesar's. There are so many wonderful restaurants in Las Vegas and we have always made it a point to go some place different for each meal, however we plan to come back again and again.
