We would not leave Las Vegas without dining at Joe's. It is always one of the highlights of our visit. We dined with 3 other couples - every dish an experience - from the filet mignon to the Fisherman's platter. Service is always wonderful, and if you're lucky enough to get Neil as your waiter - it now becomes phenomenal. Neil is a witty, personable gentleman, who made our dining all the more enjoyable. We had wished he could have pulled up a chair and joined us.
