We ate at STK, Joe's and Cut while in Vegas and Joe's was by FAR the best of the three. Our server was knowledgable, but not pushy. We ordered the crab claws for an appetizer and he hit it spot on for the group. Amazing! Do not go here without having an order! The steaks were perfect. At STK, they were overdone and at Cut, over seasoned. Our group ordered everything from a fillet to bone-in ribeye and everyone was extremely happy. We have eaten here on every single trip to Vegas over the past 5 years and it has never, ever disappointed anyone in our group and that is saying a lot. It is extremely rare that a group of six will walk away from a restaurant every single time with everyone declaring that we should just eat here every night
