Created by Joe’s Chicago’s executive chef Justin Diglia this burger features an eight-ounce turkey patty seasoned with garlic, oregano, parsley and onion topped with feta cheese, pickled red onions, tomato, spinach and roasted red pepper mayonnaise served on a ciabatta bun with a side of garlic fries and pepperoncini. Chef Justin says, “Turkey burgers are great during the summer months. It’s a nice alternative to red meat if you’re looking for a lighter approach to your burgers during grilling season.”
