Sips & Tips: Rosé

July 15 - 21

Join us this month at all three Joe’s locations as we spotlight two exceptional wines hailing from renowned French vineyards. We invite you to immerse yourself in the rich flavors and traditions of Provence and Bandol, July 15 – 21.  Nestled in the heart of Porvence, Clos Cibonne embraces a legacy dating back to the 18th century.  Revered for its dedication to Tibouren grapes, the Clos Cibonne, Tradition, Cotes de Provence, France ($20 per 6oz / $80 per bottle) showcases a pale summer hue, releasing delicate notes of citrus and wild herbs. Its crisp acidity and minerality make it an impeccable pairing for Joe’s Seafood Chopped Salad.

From the prestigious Bandol appellation, the Domaine Tempier, Bandol, France ($25 per 6oz/ $100 per bottle) is a testament to the rich heritage and winemaking expertise of the Tempier family. Known for their commitment to traditional methods and biodynamic practices, Domaine Tempier produces wine of exceptional quality and depth.  This rosé boasts aromas of fresh berries and citrus, leading to a crisp and vibrant palate with flavors of raspberry, peach and a hint of spice. Its refreshing acidity and elegant finish make it an ideal complement for Ahi Tuna and Watermelon Salad.
