Private dining menus feature fresh seafood and prime steaks with our signature sides and freshly baked pies. Tuxedo-clad restaurant style service allows guests to select their entree at the time of the event. Our dedicated event planners will ensure your event is both exceptional and effortless.

Stone Crab Cracking Experience

Joe's Chicago has curated a new private party experience centered on their renowned Florida Stone Crab. Guests are treated to a four-course dinner featuring three generous servings of Stone Crab Claws per person. Alongside this delight, we offer an interactive tutorial on the art of cracking stone crab.

Guests need not feel daunted by the stony shell of this legendary crab. Joe's provides all the necessary tools for a seamless experience, including aprons, protective glasses, mallets, and a cutting board to ensure every guest can confidently crack their own stone crab.

Since Joe's opened in 2000, Matt has been an integral part of the team, initially serving in the main dining room and then advancing to become a banquet captain for private events. His extensive hands-on experience has provided him with invaluable insights into event planning. Throughout his tenure, Matt has overseen the successful management of over 25,000 events.

James Grino

James joined Lettuce Entertain You in 2007, starting as a server and banquet captain at Joe's Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab in Las Vegas. His passion for creating memorable dining experiences blossomed during his time in Vegas, drawing from his Kentucky roots in hospitality and personalized service. Now, as the Special Events & Private Dining Manager at Joe's Chicago, James and his team are dedicated to crafting unforgettable dining experiences tailored to each guest's needs and exceeding expectations.
