We’re Making Dining Indoors Safer
Our top priority remains our commitment to providing a safe, clean, and healthy experience. That is why we are excited to implement technology developed by AIRPHX (pronounced “air-fix”) into all of our restaurants nationwide. After extensive research and with the advice of experts, we’ve concluded that this is the best system for us.
Here’s how it works
AIRPHX features “cold plasma” chambers intended to kill harmful airborne and surface organisms throughout the day. Used in hospitals, healthcare facilities, Olympic training centers, universities, police and fire stations, and casinos, it eliminates 90-98% of influenza, coronaviruses, norovirus, hepatitis, salmonella, listeria, e.coli, and over 30 common bacteria and viruses both in the air and on surfaces.
This is just one more important step that we are taking to continue improving health and safety measures in our restaurants, and we want to thank you for your continued confidence in us.
Our ongoing commitment to our guests and employees
- We’re closely monitoring the advice and guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO).
- We have increased the frequency and extent of our cleaning practices, such as additional wipedowns of all hard surfaces including the kitchen, bathrooms, bars, and dining rooms.
- We have disposable and digital menus and will maintain thorough sanitation procedures and continuous hand washing.
- Guests are required to wear masks while in the restaurant. All employees are required to wear masks.
- All guests and employees will have their temperatures taken prior to entering the restaurant. Anyone with a temperature over 100.0 degrees Fahrenheit will not be allowed to dine with us but will be offered carryout.
- We will be providing additional resources to guests and employees, including hand sanitizers, extra soap, and paper towels in the restrooms.

Private dining menus feature fresh seafood and prime steaks with our signature sides and freshly baked pies. Tuxedo-clad restaurant style service allows guests to select their entree at the time of the event. Our dedicated event planners will ensure your event is both exceptional and effortless.

I feel lucky to work at something that truly makes me happy. I started my hospitality career many years ago in New York and have been planning events in Washington D.C. since moving here in 2000. I joined the Joe’s Seafood, Prime Steak and Stone Crab team in 2016. It is a great feeling to work with such professionals who share the same goal of taking care of the guest. Meeting and exceeding guest’s needs and expectations is the most rewarding part of what we do. Each day I have the chance to help people celebrate business and social events in a beautiful restaurant with amazing food, wine and service. There is no better feeling than seeing a guest return month after month and year after year.
I've worked in restaurants my whole life. I started as a dishwasher and busser in a small bed and breakfast in New Jersey. Since then, I've worked in New York, Philadelphia, San Diego, and now here in Washington, DC where I plan to stay. I started at Joe's shortly after we opened in 2014 and it's been the best restaurant family I've ever been a part of. I have an immense passion for hospitality and strive to take care of guests as if they are dining in my home. I am thankful for the caring, strong, and incredible staff we have at Joe's. It's incredible to work for the best restaurant in Washington, DC especially with help from my amazing teammates and employees!
Originally from Annapolis, I moved to DC after graduating from the University of Delaware. I started right away in the hospitality business. I quickly knew that private dining and events is where I wanted to be. Meeting new guests and exceeding their expectations is the best part of special events. I joined the Joe’s Seafood, Prime Steak and Stone Crab team in 2017. It feels great to be part of a professional team that cares for each other and works together to take care of our guests. In my spare time, I enjoy Barre classes and hanging out with my pup, Reggie.
